We would like to see the Walkout Statement captured (like a screenshot) as a historical view and sent directly into the Doc Center. Users may be able to "delete" (archive on the backend where IT can pull when needed). We need this for audit purposes as a patient will pay with cash, the practice user enters payment into Ledger, prints and hands to patient their Walkout, then edits the payment to a lower amount + an adjustment and the difference gets pocketed. A historical capture/view sent directly to the Doc Center will help us on the DSO side to monitor these changes. Currently, the available reports show us changes, but we would like to see what the initial transaction is between the patient and user accepting/posting payments.
