User Login Audit Report

This would be a beneficial tool from a Troubleshooting and Audit/Security perspective. Something that expands the Current Database User List would be helpful, along with some historical data to look back on. I would likely see mostly Admins using this report.

Some useful fields that I would like to see
Username
User Default Clinic
User Logged in Clinic
User Log In Time
Module Open Time
Module Close Time
Total Connected User Count
Client Machine Name

I am sure there are additional fields that would be useful, and I am happy to get into discussions around this!

Some Examples where this would be useful:

When we are troubleshooting Connections, Freezes, and Errors, It would be nice to be able to track Users, Modules, and the client Machine (RDS Servers for us) in order to get a bigger picture on where when the issue happens. Often our users disconnect and reconnect to a new RDS, and then contact us.

Multi-site issues can be better addressed if we know where people are logging in, and where they should be.

From a simple Audit/Security perspective, it would be good to see Who is logged in, When they were last logged in, some historical record of past logins, and total user count.

I could go on with additional specific use cases if needed!

Hi, I’m Jon in the Enterprise Product team. Thanks for this great suggestion! We’re actually taking a look at our current user authentication, so you’re timing is great!

We’ll take a look at this and consider it for a future release. I’ll hit you up if I need any further clarification/examples.

    Thanks again!
