Update Date of Death Field from HL7 Interface between Dentrix and OCHIN EPIC

This will be helpful so that the Death Date info EPIC can auto populate the Death Date in Dentrix. This would eliminate the need for manually entering the info.

When a patients email, phone number and or address is updated give the option to update for the entire family

right now only email gives the option to update for the whole family but when any information is updated we should easily be able to apply that change to the whole family.

Include two spirit gender identity

Have spot for personal pronouns that is easily visible

Personal pronouns can make a patient feel more welcome in the clinic and if it is easily visible on the patient chart/on the more information tab no one would make a mistake.

Eliminate the ability to update the email addresses on multiple patients at one time

This can cause a hippa violation. Addresses can be incorrectly typed or if you are using a default address, if you change it for all - now the updated patient is receiving for all patients with that same email address
