The RVU Reports in DXOne should exclude invalidated procedures.

Currently, RVU Reports include invalidated procedures even though the Day Sheets exclude them. There needs to be an option that allows the RVU Report to run EXCLUDING invalidated procedures so the totals accurately reflect the completed procedures.
