Perio chart-be able to chart all info on each tooth during probing instead of going back to chart recession, bleeding...

It would help if we could hit "B" and chart bleeding or "R" for recession... and chart all info on that particular tooth while we are there instead of going back through all the teeth several times to chart info.

access treatment planner from scheduler

I would like to access the treatment planner directly from the scheduler rather than have to jump into chart then into treatment planner. If we can access document center we should be able to access treatment planner.

negative payment amount

It would be helpful if you could post a negative payment amount to correct a incorrect posting error for a previous day. Finance will not allow us to change the deposit posting from a previous day. If anyone has a suggestion I would appreciate it....

Move information from one patient to another when posted incorrectly - specifically a signed Clinical Note

For patient corrections, we need Dentrix to work more like Epic by allowing transfers of information, rather than deletion/addendums. Clinical Note addendums are not a safe way of indicating an "invalid" note.

When posting insurance have the applied amount be the first box not insurance amount

when posting insurance payments the box "applied amount" should be the first box since you are always applying an amount. It slows down posting when you have to highlight that box each time. I would also suggest the ability to tab through the boxes.

Make the chart work on high DPI screens (4K) - like the Surface Pro 4

The chart currently does not work on high DPI screens. It shrinks everything too small to use as soon as a patient is selected. Some of the data isn't even visible when this happens. This is with a font scaling of 200%.
