billed 2ndary claims on UB04 electronic
We are a FQHC clinic in California and need to be able to bill 2ndary claims on UB04's electronic to the state. Currently, software is unable to do this. Our revenue is delayed because of this issue. There needs to be a workaround or convert the 2ndary ins to primary in the background inorder to get this claims paid, besides dropping to paper and mailing. If there are any California FQHC's that have Dentrix, and would like to be able to bill out your 2ndary claims electronic through Dentrix, please vote on this enhancement.

I work for an FQHC in North Carolina. Right now we can not bill Medicaid if it is the patients secondary insurance! This is causing a large number of claims to be rejected by the Clearinghouse. Printing and mailing these claims is not an option we want to go with at this point. It would be very time consuming and Medicaid usually "doesn't receive" the mailed/paper claims.
