ADA Claim Form box 38 (Requires Place of Service 50 for FQHC) Need to update for on two insurances, not all
FQHC new wrap payment methodology requires Dental MCO insurance to have Place of service 50 on the ADA claim, however we only need this for Dentaquest and MCNA. There should be an option to change this at the insurance level rather than a global level.
