We would like to request the option of adding multiple state license to a single provider. We operate out of 3 states
and have doctors that travel to all off them.
For instance: Dr Doe worked in Arkansas yesterday. He is working in Missouri today. We can change the license
information in Dr Doe to reflect Missouri but if the employee in Arkansas submits claims it will reflect what the current
license information is in the provider setup. Thus the claims will be rejected.
My thoughts on this would be in the provider setup page instead of a blank field for the state license information it
is a button that opens a dialog box. Then you click Add to add the respective state license then in that same box you
attach it to the appropriate offices reflecting that license. Save and close. Next you click add again and do the same
steps for the next state license and attach that license to the corresponding office locations in that state.
