We would like to be able to apply these adjustments to the provider and clinic that the services are originally posted under. I understand that it trails to to the Billing Provider on the claim which we have setup to reflect the facility name. We have looked into changing the Billing Provider to the Provider of Procedures in the Claim Set, because that's where Dentrix is stating it trails from. When talking to multiple insurance companies the facility name has to be in the Billing Provider box on the claim in order for the claim to be processed.
