Currently, when a user makes a change to Insurance Data the software asks if this change should be applied to ALL patients with that Insurance plan or if the change should create a new plan with the new data. We would like to have a way to default to "Add as New Plan".
Ideally, this would be permission driven to allow for clinic staff to add plans and keep the update function for centralized plan management.
