We are an FQHC and have to add the D0999 code to our claims. Currently I am having issues with the D0999 code going on the claim with a different procedure date if the claim is not created same day, the only way around that is to make the D0999 and fee appear on the ledger. I don't want to do that because it increases the A/R, please make it where the date populates the same as the procedure dates if the D0999 is marked not to appear on the ledger. #2 idea- We offer slides to our patients based on income, they can have a slide along wit their insurance, I have our slides set up as "insurances" this way I can populate the payment data and the portion the patient owes and showing how much their slide will "pay". Currently that Slide is populating on insurance claim forms as the secondary, I do not want that insurance to populate on insurance claims, I did mark the "do not bill to insurance" on the insurance data, but it still doesn't remove from the claim. Both of these would be very helpful
