I was informed there was a global SQL query that can modify the AOB option (checked/unchecked) for existing patients. We have a couple practices that are Fee For Service and would like all their existing patients to have the AOB option "unchecked" (meaning the benefits should get sent to the patient instead of the provider).
I would hope that someone on the dev team would be able to tweak the existing query in your documentation for it to be applied at the clinical level.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could please help us out as unchecking thousands of patients will prove to be quite the monotonous task.
