ECentral- when a claim is rejected have the rejection date the date of rejection
Currently when something is rejected from insurance, it does not show on the report rejection date, it records from claim date. If a rejection occurs it should be the date of the issue not claim date. Please change
Yes, the date needs to reflect the date that it came back as denied so that we can work reports efficiently and accurately based on denied dos. With the way its setup now I am having to run reports back to when the claim was submitted, which isn't technically accurate. It would be best to run my report daily and see who is new on the denial list.
