Pt chart Procedure buttons universal for all OPS

The issue is if we need to add or delete a Procedure button that it needs to be done thru the individual work station. If we could do it all the server it would be more efficient, as we have 17 work stations.

Add the ability to remove patient questionaires

Currently we are unable to remove patient questionnaire's. We can edit and add new at the template level but are unable to remove individual questionnaire's from patients charts.

Create a Function key shortcut from the clinical chart (and clinical notes) to open the medical history

Create a shortcut key to open the medical history (like F10 or a different F key) - that can be used in multiple places in Dentrix - i.e. - in appointment book, clinical chart, and clinical notes.
