Coverage Tables By Group Plan

Coverage tables should be in the Dental Plan information Box so that when a coverage table is modified for that group including the notes, it attaches and updates for ALL families under that group. Just like how we attach the fee schedule choice.

There are currently on 24 "quick access" procedure buttons on the patients chart, with lots of empty space below it. I think it would be a great idea to be able to add and customize additional quick access procedure buttons.
