Social Security Numbers should be able to be removed from reports while still remaining in the family file

SSN should not be printing on reports, chart notes, financial estimates. This is confidential information people do not like floating around. We would like to remove them from reports without taking the SSN field out of Dentrix all together. Isn't...

Secondary Claim auto-create after primary payment.

When posting and insurance payment amount, it would be helpful if there was an auto pop up that let you know if the patient had a seconday insurance that needed to be filed once you were done posting an amount to the primary claim.

An initial box when verifying insurance.

It would be very helpful to have a location in the insurance window, where initials can be entered. Then you can trace back to who made insurance changes when you have questions with a patients eligibility.
