If we could have fields to track each time a patient is contacted that is sortable in columnar format to maintain follow ups for overdue accounts.

TOO MANY Insurance companies - Why not have the family file retain the group # and let individual insurance profiles stand alone.

Emailed reports should also be titled with the job name

Scheduled reports that are sent by email should contain the report type (ie. utilization) as well as job name in order to differentiate various reports that get sent at the same time.

Enable the journal to switch patients without having to close and re-open

you should be able to pull up any patient's journal from the toolbar button without having to first close an open journal on another patient before it can be opened.

Add next appt field to Collection Manager

The collection manager is a great tool because you can access all of the patient info (FF, Ledger, etc) from the report. One missing piece of sortable information that would be very helpful is a column for future appt.

Archival Process for Prescriptions where they are hidden from the active prescription list to choose from for providers

I would like to see in newer versions of Dentrix Enterprise an archival process for prescriptions so they can be hidden from the providers active list of prescriptions they choose from.
