modify clinical notes reports

If we want to track, by provider, which clinical notes are not approved, we just need the patient name, date of procedure and provider name, not the list of all the notes. It's a waste of space on the report

Ability to print appt slip for patient by right clicking on the desired appt.

If a patient makes two (or more) appts we are unable to print an appt slip for each of the appts. Using the next appt option in quick letters will only give the NEXT appt and not the others. I think it would be great to be able to click on the app...

Open provider schedule for 1 day at a time when we have providers working at 2 sites.

The capability to open a provider schedule for a day at a time. We have 2 sites and some providers work at both site. If I open Wednesdays, the system opens all Wednesdays when I would only like a certain Wednesday open. Hope that makes sense.
