Add ability to filter by "Care Type" in the Scheduling Assistant

You could narrow down your search of patients, i.e., if you just wanted to see who is overdue for an Exam.

Explorer is being Deprecated -- Default Broswer

We understand that Internet Explorer is the default browser for Dentrix/eservices. We also understand that Microsoft is deprecating it in favor of Edge. What will be the next (supported) default browser for Dentrix?

pick patient from appointment book

when selecting patient from appointment book - have that patient added to memory of database and search engine so you don't have to put in DOB or name for that patient or go thru the existing appointment for next appointment

Refresh Button in Chart

Having a dedicated Refresh Button added to the icons at the top of the chart is needed. Currently, users have to click on File from the toolbar, then click the word Refresh. A simple button would make the work much more efficient!

Showing treatment planned (red) procedures over existing conditions (black) when looking at tooth chart

I would prefer if, when I pull up a patient's tooth chart, that any treatment planned/to-do procedure (red) show up over/above any existing condition (black) like caries or otherwise. It would be much easier to see what outstanding treatment needs...

HL7 Checkout Report

Currently the only method available to our users is to screen print the window, scroll down, screen print, repeat. It would be much easier if there was a report option to export the list to excel.
