DXOne Reporting to save the selected printer

Currently DXOne Reporting does not save the selected printer. It defaults to the Windows default printer and when changed it is only good for that session. As soon as it is closed and reopened it will return to the windows default.

Customer needs quantity checkboxes (indiana) prescription form from core

Issue printing RX form (prescription setup > print setup, is missing check boxes for the amount of pills dispensed on the right side of the form. User says it used to default to the proper form.

AD user should not be able to change DX1 Reporting rights for a SQL user and vice versa

It should not be possible to set permissions for AD users by DXE user and vise versa.AD user - Superadmin should not be possible to set permissions for DXE users

Single Patient Ledger to have an option to include Special Adjustments

The Ledger balances will not match to a Single Patient Ledger report when there are Special adjustments on the account. Add a check box option to include these.
