multi select in Enter Batch Ins Paymnet

in vs. 5.? there was the option to multi select Ins plans, it is not available since the redesign. This is a needed feature due to multiple plans paid on 1 check. With out multi select the batch will not total

Add the Service Authorization Exception to eclaims so it can be properly sent to insurance companies when sending claims.

The SAE code (Service Authorization Exception) Currently is not passed to eClaims and should be considered to be passed since it is available to populate the information inside of Enterprise.
