The Utilizaition report would be helpful if we could have the option of checking off a box for just primary insurance.

the utilization report will duplicate charges if the patient has multiple insurances.

Keep original billed fees on claims once prices change

When reprinting a claim after the clinic fees have changed, we would like to have the original fees print on the claim and not the new fee.

Ability to flag additional treatment options as 1st, 2nd and 3rd etc. options and only show the 1st option on the tooth chart.

Doctors are required to chart additional treatment options if any. When you chart multiple treatment options it's difficult to see which is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd option and the overlapping causes confusion. It would be nice to be able to flag procedur...

in health history, able to add more than one health issue and allergy issue,

very unfriendly version of health history should be able to add more than one health issue at one time not pick enter start over. same with allergies and meds taken.

Employer Module-need to be able to add/edit at Insurance Profile

Employers can only be added from patient/family profile (?). Since its tied/works with insurance companies, shouldn't it be add/edit from insurance profiles?

Consent form include chart number and date of birth automatically populated

We have several patients with the same name is our practice. If we need to print a consent form we cannot tell what chart it belongs to. I would like to see either the chart number and/or date of birth automatically populated into the consent area.

Add a feature to mark if a procedure code does not apply to the annual maximum. Example: Removable prosthetics / DentaQuest.

Add a feature on procedure code set up to mark if the procedure does not apply to the annual maximum. Example: DentaQuest does not apply removable prosthetics to the Medicaid plan annual maximum.This would allow for more accurate estimation.

Enhance Medical History- Create new report

Pts must update med hx by law annually, so I would suggest a way to print what is already in dentrix and then just have the pt make changes and sign rather than fill out another entire form.

allow the exporting of note templates from one clinic to another

allow the exporting of note templates from one clinic to another so if a provider works at multiple clinics they do not need to recreate their note templates at each site.
