Office Journal

I would like the ability to select certain entries to print from the Office Journal. Also, on the print-outs, I would like there to be a second patient identifier (i.e. DOB, Chart #, etc). We have many patients with the same names.

in Treatment Planner add column with date for when a plan was created in the Case Setup window

in Treatment Planner since all treatment plans go into one folder, it would be helpful if the dates the treatments were added also showed in the Case Setup Window. See screen shot (Test user in SS)
