Completed Clinical Noteort that Missing Charges
Need to have the ability to run a report showing a visit that is missing a valid procedure code/charge. Too often providers are documenting via the Clinical Notes and forgetting to add a valid charge/procedure code. In our medical software we call this an "Un-Resolved" Encounter Report.
