Batched Claims not Sent Report

This would be useful for if claims that may have gotten deleted from OM and are just sitting there and have never been sent. Bringing on new clients and clean up - this would be an extremely helpful report.

Allow UDS data for health insurance and zip code of patient be pulled from dental health insurance information

Allow UDS data for Patient Health Insurance by Zip Code information be pulled from the dental health insurance field; seems unnecessary for it to be pulled from the medical health insurance field for a software being used within a Dental Clinic.
