Update provider schedule when clinic schedule is updated

Say we change the lunch time moving forward, I have to go into each provider setup to update the schedule (un-click and re-click each day).

Increase the number of time blocks per provider

I was going to add this into the future-based scheduling templates request, but feel it deserves its own focus. We really need to increase the number of time blocks per provider. Would love to see at least 25.

access treatment planner from scheduler

I would like to access the treatment planner directly from the scheduler rather than have to jump into chart then into treatment planner. If we can access document center we should be able to access treatment planner.

Be able to locate what user or block a user to move a specific time block for a provider. Right now anyone has complete access to move time blocks for where the doctors are not to be scheduled.
