Be able to add zip codes from other countries outside the US-

Currently it seems we are not able to add a zipcode for another country (Canada) outside the US. Dentrix does not recognize a zip code with letters in it.

This will provider statistics that can be used to determine what can be done to decrease the number of cancellations and no shows. In addition, we run reports that we distribute to various funding entities.
