allow the ability to save our custom colors

we have several docs that go to various offices within the company - we need them to have their own color. Custom for now doesn't allow us to save so each time we need to do an 'event" like their schedule - we have to manually input the color form...

add to the daily appt list in vers 5.0: option to select multiple providers/add field for "other phone #" and add field for email address

Please add the above options to the vers 5.0 daily appt list. Helpful to have in case of inclement weather/ we can print this list out w/that info to contact patients in case office is closed!

modify clinical notes reports

If we want to track, by provider, which clinical notes are not approved, we just need the patient name, date of procedure and provider name, not the list of all the notes. It's a waste of space on the report

Ability to print appt slip for patient by right clicking on the desired appt.

If a patient makes two (or more) appts we are unable to print an appt slip for each of the appts. Using the next appt option in quick letters will only give the NEXT appt and not the others. I think it would be great to be able to click on the app...
