Caries Risk Assessment for All Patients

Would be great to have the option for a caries risk assessment. This creates an automatic upload onto a dental claim. Most insurances now want the risk assessment.

Audit report for changes to setup of system

We would like to know who made changes to the setup of providers, staff, insurance, etc. Anything that happens in practice setup should be on an audit.

Add an additional place of service default to insurance maintenance

We have hundreds of claims a month that are now required to show a different place of service (50) than the default. While other claims will still need to show the default of 11. To go in and manually change every single one is outrageous.

allow different quesitons for NP appointments

With covid 19, it would be good to add a prompt for "email" for new patients. We can type whatever in the appointment notes, but it would be good to capture it with the first NP prompt.

Ability to add a % discount in the Treatment Planner to automatically calculate patient cost

Right now, users have to manually calculate an entire TP discount percent and hand write this on the TP while crossing out the old patient portion. Adding this feature will create a clean, professional TP without risk of human calculation error.

Update Date of Death Field from HL7 Interface between Dentrix and OCHIN EPIC

This will be helpful so that the Death Date info EPIC can auto populate the Death Date in Dentrix. This would eliminate the need for manually entering the info.
