pick patient from appointment book

when selecting patient from appointment book - have that patient added to memory of database and search engine so you don't have to put in DOB or name for that patient or go thru the existing appointment for next appointment

Refresh Button in Chart

Having a dedicated Refresh Button added to the icons at the top of the chart is needed. Currently, users have to click on File from the toolbar, then click the word Refresh. A simple button would make the work much more efficient!
