Enhance Medical History- Create new report

Pts must update med hx by law annually, so I would suggest a way to print what is already in dentrix and then just have the pt make changes and sign rather than fill out another entire form.

allow the exporting of note templates from one clinic to another so if a provider works at multiple clinics they do not need to recreate their note templates at each site.
