apply ortho pymt as we get them and not have them in suspension. Currently we charge out FULL case fee & at end of month we subtract prod

Because of the suspended credit system we have to charge out FULL ORTHO FEE so we can apply payments, but at the end of the month we have to subtract the ortho production in order to get TRUE production numbers.
