Dental Statements need to be able to be print one sided within Dentrix

It would be very helpful if there was an option to print dental statements one sided. Currently it only prints two sided which is not okay due to mutliple patients being on one statement. This goes against HIPPA

Billing emergent services for Medicaid or services that don't apply to the ded/benf should not apply adomaditly to the plan. This affects giving accurate estimates within Dentrix.

Highlighter option in Notes

ability to see "other" under Medical History update pop up.
