Add the ability to individually Name scheduled reports

We schedule a few hundred reports to run a be emailed off hours. Once the user is ready to review she has to look through over a hundred emails to find the specific one. The all have generic names Dentrix Report

When opening family file, adding the language under Status and remove existing info that is already duplicated. Example H of H and Guarantor, it is easier when confirming to see the language preferred by the patient
